.DISCUSSION...

Temperatures will climb into the upper 60s by mid to late this
afternoon. West winds this morning will become south to southwesterly
by this afternoon. The south to southwest winds will be breezy with
gusts up to 25 mph. Minimum RH values are expected to fall into the
low 30s today, there is a small chance for RH values to drop as low
as 25 percent as drier air mixes in during the afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Sunny (5-15 percent).
Temperature.........42 at ignition...Max 66.
RH..................70 percent at ignition...Min 34 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Winds west at 4 mph at ignition...otherwise
                    Light winds becoming southwest 5 to 8 mph in
                    the late morning and early afternoon, then
                    increasing to 10 to 12 mph late in the
                    afternoon.
