.DISCUSSION...

Temperatures will climb into the upper 60s by mid to late this
afternoon. West winds this morning will become south to southwesterly
by this afternoon. The south to southwest winds will be breezy with
gusts up to 25 mph. Minimum RH values are expected to fall into the
low 30s today, there is a small chance for RH values to drop as low
as 25 percent as drier air mixes in during the afternoon.

Wind (20 ft)........Winds west at 4 mph at ignition...otherwise
