.Discussion...
High pressure over the western Atlantic extending over Florida
continues dry conditions through the weekend. The ridge axis will
shift from North Florida to South Florida Thursday, resulting in
lighter and more southerly winds, becoming southeasterly up to
around 10 mph each afternoon with the sea breeze. Afternoon highs
in U80s-90 inland and the L-M80s along the I-95 corridor Thursday
further increase to the L90s inland and the M-U80s closer to the
coast Friday. Critical min RHs 30-40 pct across most of the
interior both days. Afternoon smoke dispersion will be Fair to
Good Thursday, and Generally Good Friday.
Fog potential and other remarks...Widespread fog is not forecast.
However, localized visibility reductions due to smoke from new or
existing fires will be possible even if fog is not forecast.
