.SYNOPSIS...An moderate to occasionally strong offshore flow this
morning will slowly diminish today. A light to moderate onshore
flow returns to the marine area Sunday into the early part of the
coming week as a system approaches the area from the west,
bringing light to moderate onshore flow for Monday and Tuesday.
