Afternoon relative humidity values drop to near 23-30 percent
Tuesday over the entire area and drop to around 30 percent over
much of the area on Wednesday. Transport winds switch from
northeasterly to westerly on Tuesday and switch from westerly to
southwesterly on Wednesday. Dispersion index values will be fair
to generally good Tuesday and fair on Wednesday.
