...NEAR CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON...

A cold front will push through this morning. Winds will shift
northwest and increase to around 20 mph, with gusts of 30 to 35
mph this afternoon. In addition, drier air will move in and
relative humidity values will drop into the 20s this afternoon,
leading to a near-critical fire weather risk and the possibility
of rapidly spreading fires.

Check with your county or the DNR to see if there are any burn
restrictions in place before starting fires. For more information
on burning restrictions, consult
www.dnr.state.mn.us/forestry/fire/firerating_restrictions.html.
