.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A warm front will
move E over the waters today, then move inland tonight. High
pressure will build in from the W and SW behind the front today
and tonight. The area of high pressure will gradually weaken
across the waters Thu and Thu night as a trough develops and
expands N along the coast. The high pressure will persist over
the waters into Fri, then weaken and shift inland Fri night. Weak
low pressure will develop over the S waters Sat and lift NW
through Sat night. High pressure will build in from the W Sun and
Sun night.
