Outer waters from 150 nm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A weak low center
over the Oregon waters will dissipate tonight. A cold front from
the W will weaken as it moves into the area tonight into Sun.
High pressure will build E into the waters behind the dissipating
front Sun and Sun night. The area of high pressure will retreat W
of the area Mon and Mon night as another weak cold front moves
across the waters. A low pressure trough will strengthen along
the coast of Vancouver Island Mon night into Tue night, then
persist into Wed night while weakening, while another trough
persists along the Washington and Oregon coasts. Low pressure
will approach the waters from the SW Thu and Thu night.

Seas 6 to 7 ft. Areas of fog with vsby 1 nm or less.

.SUN NIGHT...N to NW winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 5 to 6 ft.
