.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...Strong low pressure over the
central waters will slowly move SE today and tonight, and
dissipate as it moves towards the coast Sun into Sun night. High
pressure will build towards the waters through Mon night. A weak
cold front will move across the N and into the central waters Tue
and Tue night. High pressure will continue to build towards the
waters Wed and Wed night, as a low pressure trough persists along
the coast.
