...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of western Bryan and
southeastern Marshall Counties through 315 PM CDT...

At 248 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
southern Lake Texoma, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Locations impacted include...
Durant, Colbert, Achille, Silo, Kemp, Mead, Hendrix, Cartwright,
Woodville, Willis, eastern Lake Texoma, Calera, and Mcbride.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor NOAA Weather
Radio, local radio stations or available television stations for
additional information and possible warnings from the National
Weather Service.

If on or near Lake Texoma, get out of the water and move indoors or
inside a vehicle. Remember, lightning can strike out to 10 miles
from the parent thunderstorm. If you can hear thunder, you are close
enough to be struck by lightning. Move to safe shelter now! Do not
be caught on the water in a thunderstorm.
