ABSAROKA MOUNTAINS THROUGH 5 AM FRIDAY MORNING.

...HIGH WIND WARNING FOR THE GREEN MOUNTAINS AND RATTLESNAKE RANGE
FROM 12 NOON TODAY THROUGH 5 AM FRIDAY MORNING.

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Western and Central
Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

High winds are expected today and tonight along the Cody
Foothills, especially in Clark, as well as along the adjacent
Absaroka Mountains. High winds are also expected this afternoon
and tonight over the Green Mountains and Rattlesnake Range. Wind
speeds of 35 to 45 mph along with gusts of 55 to 65 mph along with
higher gusts are expected in these areas. Please see the High
wind Warning products for more information on these expected high
winds.

Possible record high temperatures east of the Divide today.

Up to 4 inches of snowfall are expected in some of the higher
mountains of the west by later tonight.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Monday...Significant snow possible for the far west, especially in
the mountains with windy to very windy areas. Turning colder. A
chance of snow east of the divide with strong wind, especially the
Interstate 80 corridor and across the northern Bighorn Basin and
over to Johnson County.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
Spotters are encouraged to report any wind gusts over 50 mph today
or tonight and any snowfall amounts across the far west tonight
into Friday morning. Thank you!
