...Frost/Freeze Headlines Will Now Be Issued...

Sensitive vegetation is starting to emerge across the higher
elevations, therefore frost and freeze headlines will now be
issued for the remaining mountain counties in West Virginia.

Still seeing mixed vegetation susceptibility across the higher
elevations of Pocahontas and Randolph counties, however,
widespread bloom will likely occur next week with very warm
temperatures and rain expected.
