11 AM PDT SATURDAY...

* WHAT...Northwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 33 kt.
  Seas 9 to 12 ft expected.

* WHERE...Waters from San Mateo Point to the Mexican Border
  Extending 30 to 60 nm out including San Clemente Island.

* WHEN...From 3 AM Friday to 11 AM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds and highest seas will
  occur Friday late afternoon through Friday night.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller
vessels, should avoid navigating in hazardous conditions.

  occur beyond 15 NM offshore.
