THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA AND
NORTHEASTERN WYOMING.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

RUNOFF FROM RECENT HEAVY RAIN IS CAUSING FLOODING ALONG THE WHITE
RIVER FROM THE NEBRASKA STATE LINE TO SOUTHEAST OF THE
BADLANDS...ALONG THE CHEYENNE RIVER EAST OF ELM SPRINGS TO THE
MISSOURI RIVER...AND SMALL STREAMS BETWEEN INTERSTATE 90 AND
HIGHWAY 14 IN JACKSON AND HAAKON COUNTIES.

STRONG NORTHWEST WINDS WILL INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON OVER THE
WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA PLAINS...THEN DECREASE AFTER MIDNIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

RIVER LEVELS ALONG BOTH THE WHITE AND CHEYENNE RIVERS WILL CREST EARLY
THIS WEEK...AND SMALLER STREAMS WILL RECEDE MONDAY.
