This Hazardous weather outlook is for portions of south central
South Dakota...and western South Dakota.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight

The grassland fire danger index will be in the very high category
across much of the western and south central South Dakota plains
today, with extreme grassland fire danger across far southwest
South Dakota.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Unsettled and much cooler weather across the area early this week.
Light rain and snow is likely across much of the area from late
Monday through early Tuesday. Light snow accumulations are
expected in some areas Monday night into early Tuesday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation will not be needed today.

of South Dakota...northeast Wyoming...and the Black Hills of
Wyoming.

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Unsettled and much cooler weather across the area early this week.
Light rain and snow is likely across much of the area from late
Monday through early Tuesday. Light snow accumulations are
expected in some areas Monday night, especially over the Black
Hills.
