WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA...MAINLY THIS MORNING. A LIGHT DUSTING OF
SNOW IS POSSIBLE ON THE PLAINS...WITH 1 TO 2 INCHES OF
ACCUMULATION FOR THE NORTHERN BLACK HILLS.
