   SOUTH DAKOTA THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT...
...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FOR AREAS NORTH AND EAST OF THE BLACK
   HILLS LATE TODAY INTO FRIDAY...

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA AND
NORTHEASTERN WYOMING.

.DAY ONE...TONIGHT

THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL GENERALLY INCREASE FROM WEST TO EAST
THRO0GH THE DAY AND INTO TONIGHT AS AN UPPER LEVEL SYSTEM SLOWLY
MOVES INTO THE AREA FROM THE ROCKIES. ISOLATED STORMS WITH SMALL HAIL
AND GUSTY WINDS ARE POSSIBLE...MAINLY DURING THE AFTERNOON AND
EVENING. THE BIGGER CONCERN WILL BE THE THREAT FOR HEAVY RAINFALL AND
FLASH FLOODING AS ABUNDANT MOISTURE WILL BE IN PLACE AND SOME STORMS
WILL BE SLOW MOVING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY

WIDESPREAD DAILY CHANCES FOR THUNDERSTORMS CAN BE EXPECTED THROUGH
THE WEEKEND AS A UNSETTLED PATTERN CONTINUES OVER THE REGION. THE
POTENTIAL FOR HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLASH FLOODING WILL PERSIST ACROSS
AREAS NORTH AND EAST OF THE BLACK HILLS ON FRIDAY. SEVERE
THUNDERSTORMS ARE NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME...BUT ISOLATED STRONG
STORMS WITH HAIL AND GUSTY WINDS ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE WEEKEND...
