OCCASIONAL LIGHT SNOW OR FLURRIES WILL OCCUR OVER NORTHEASTERN
WYOMING AND PARTS OF WESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA TODAY AND TONIGHT. ANY
SNOW ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE LIGHT...GENERALLY A DUSTING TO LESS
THAN AN INCH. THERE IS A SLIGHT CHANCE OF LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OVER
PARTS OF NORTHEASTERN WYOMING...THE BLACK HILLS AND NORTHWESTERN
SOUTH DAKOTA TONIGHT.
