DAKOTA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

NORTHWEST WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 50 MPH...
WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING BEFORE VERY GRADUALLY DECREASING LATE
THIS AFTERNOON. AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW WILL PERSIST ACROSS
NORTHWESTERN SOUTH DAKOTA THROUGH LATE MORNING. IN ADDITION...THE
COLD TEMPERATURES COMBINED WITH THESE WINDS WILL PRODUCE WIND
CHILL TEMPERATURES BELOW ZERO FOR MUCH OF THE DAY...AND INTO
TONIGHT.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL ONLY BE IN THE SINGLE DIGITS AND TEENS FOR
WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY...WITH LOW TEMPERATURES NEAR OR BELOW ZERO.
BREEZY NORTHWESTERLY WINDS AT TIMES WILL PRODUCE WIND CHILL VALUES
RANGING FROM 10 BELOW TO 25 BELOW ZERO WEDNESDAY NIGHT...WITH
NEAR OR BELOW ZERO WIND CHILL VALUES DURING THE DAY. WARMER AIR
WILL BEGIN TO MOVE BACK INTO THE AREA ON FRIDAY.

WILL CONTINUE THROUGH LATE MORNING BEFORE VERY GRADUALLY
DECREASING THIS AFTERNOON. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL ONLY BE IN THE
SINGLE DIGITS AND TEENS...WITH LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT NEAR OR
