NORTHEASTERN WYOMING.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT

GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL DEVELOP OVER NORTHWESTERN SOUTH
DAKOTA THIS MORNING AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL
REACH 25 TO 30 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 45 MPH.
