SOUTH DAKOTA...THE BLACK HILLS OF SOUTH DAKOTA...WESTERN SOUTH
DAKOTA...NORTHEAST WYOMING...AND THE BLACK HILLS OF WYOMING.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR LATE THIS EVENING THROUGH
THURSDAY MORNING. TEMPERATURES WILL DROP BELOW ZERO ACROSS THE
AREA TONIGHT. WIND CHILL VALUES WILL DROP AS LOW AS 25 BELOW TO
30 BELOW ZERO...WITH THE LOWEST WIND CHILLS EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT
AND EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

HIGH TEMPERATURES ON THURSDAY WILL ONCE AGAIN BE IN THE SINGLE
DIGITS TO MID TEENS...WITH LOW TEMPERATURES NEAR OR BELOW ZERO
AGAIN THURSDAY NIGHT. WIND CHILL VALUES WILL GENERALLY RANGE FROM
10 BELOW TO 25 BELOW ZERO THURSDAY NIGHT. SOME MILDER AIR WILL
BEGIN TO MOVE BACK INTO THE AREA ON FRIDAY.

THURSDAY NIGHT. WIND CHILL VALUES WILL GENERALLY RANGE FROM 5 BELOW
TO 20 BELOW ZERO THURSDAY NIGHT. SOME MILDER AIR WILL BEGIN TO
