* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing
  snow could significantly reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There will be a lull in blizzard
  conditions this afternoon, and may improve drastically. Then,
  winds will turn northwesterly after midnight tonight, with
  significant blowing and drifting snow and more whiteout
  conditions.
