.STRONG SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE SUBSTANTIALLY THROUGH
SUNDAY AS A SURFACE LOW DEEPENS OVER NORTHEAST TEXAS AND EASTERN
OKLAHOMA. THESE WINDS WILL FORCE WATER TO PILE ALONG THE GULF
COAST.

* COASTAL FLOODING...TIDES 1 TO 2 FEET ABOVE NORMAL TODAY AND
  SUNDAY

* TIMING...ASTRONOMICAL HIGH TIDES WILL BE IN THE EARLY
  AFTERNOON HOURS SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.

* IMPACTS...MINOR FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS AND ACCESS ROADS
  NEAR TIDAL LAKES...BAYS AND INLETS AS WELL AS THE OPEN COAST
  OUTSIDE THE HURRICANE PROTECTION LEVEE SYSTEMS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY INDICATES THAT ONSHORE WINDS AND TIDES
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE FLOODING OF LOW AREAS ALONG THE SHORE.
