MARCH WAS A WARM MONTH WITH AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 38.3 WHICH IS
THE THIRD WARMEST EVER. THE WARMEST MARCH EVER WAS 2012 WITH AN
AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 41.6 DEGREES.  2.5 INCHES OF SNOW
FELL....TIED FOR 19TH LEAST SNOWIEST.
