TEMPERATURES AROUND 10 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. COOL PERIODS THIS MONTH
WERE NOT PROLONGED...BUT WERE INSTEAD SCATTERED OUT DURING THE
MONTH. THE WARMEST TEMPERATURE WAS 91 ON THE 2ND...WHICH MARKED THE
FIRST 90-DEGREE READING IN THE MONTH OF OCTOBER SINCE 2010.

THE AVERAGE HIGH TEMPERATURE WAS THE WARMEST SINCE 2010. THE AVERAGE
LOW WAS THE WARMEST SINCE 2007. THE AVERAGE MONTHLY TEMPERATURE WAS
