IT WAS THE DRIEST FALL SINCE 1953...BUT FAILED TO MAKE THE TOP TEN
DRIEST EVER RECORDED.

.SEASONAL SNOWFALL...
FOR THE SECOND YEAR IN A ROW...NO SNOW FELL DURING THE FALL.

.MISCELLANEOUS PHENOMENA...
THE LAST 90 DEGREE DAY WAS ON OCTOBER 5TH. THE FIRST FREEZE WAS
RECORDED ON NOVEMBER 13TH. BOTH OF THESE WERE THE EARLIEST
OCCURRENCES IN TWO YEARS.
