Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Lower winds and seas may be temporary as a low
pressure area develops during the day Saturday near or very near
the coastal waters. North winds and sea may briefly kick back up
near small craft advisory levels during the afternoon hours
before relaxing tomorrow night as the low moves northeast away
from the lower Texas Coastal waters. Weak high pressure moves in
Sunday and Monday yielding much improved conditions before another
front Tuesday.
