.SYNOPSIS...COASTAL TROUGH REMAINING ALMOST STATIONARY OVER THE
GULF WATERS WILL RESULT IN UNSETTLED MARINE WEATHER OVER THE LOWER
TEXAS GULF WATERS TODAY. LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN WILL DEVELOP OVER
THE OFFSHORE THROUGH THE DAY WITH EASTERLY WIND BUILDING SEAS AND
SHIFTING MORE NORTH TO NORTHWEST TODAY. SEAS WILL TREND LOWER AS
HIGH PRESSURE LOOSENS ITS GRIP ON THE AREA...BUT AN EASTERLY SWELL
WILL PROLONG SOMEWHAT HIGHER SEAS INTO TONIGHT.
