.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to strong north winds and elevated seas will
develop after a cold front moves through on Sunday, and will
persist through Wednesday. Moderate to strong southeast to south
winds and elevated seas will develop again Thursday into Thursday
night ahead of the next front due on Friday.
