1026 AM CST SAT DEC 3 2016

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OVER THE SIERRA MADRE WILL CONTINUE DEEPENING TODAY
BEFORE WEAKENING TONIGHT WITH INCREASING WINDS AND CONTINUED
ELEVATED SEAS. WINDS WILL RELAX LATER TONIGHT AHEAD OF A COLD
FRONT WHICH WILL SLIDE ACROSS THE WATERS SUNDAY. A SECONDARY LOW
PRESSURE CENTER WILL FORM ALONG THE FRONT SUNDAY EVENING FOLLOWED
BY A SURGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AND GUSTY WINDS MONDAY AND MONDAY
NIGHT. THE HIGH WILL SETTLE OVER THE WATERS TUESDAY THEN MOVE
SLOWLY INTO THE GULF TUESDAY NIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. ANOTHER COLD
FRONT WILL APPROACH THE WATERS WEDNESDAY NIGHT. ADDITIONAL SMALL
CRAFT ADVISORIES MAY BE NEEDED FOR WINDS AND SEAS SUNDAY NIGHT
