Synopsis for Baffin Bay to Rio Grande out 60 nm-
439 PM CDT Tue Aug 22 2017

.SYNOPSIS...Favorable marine conditions are anticipated
through the middle of this week under the influence of high
pressure. Hazardous winds and seas will develop Thursday and into
the first half of the weekend as a tropical system organizes in
the Bay of Campeche and moves towards the Lower Texas Coast. There
is still much uncertainty at this time and mariners are urged to
monitor the Coastal Waters Forecast closely through the remainder
of this week.
