.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE GULF AND STRENGTHENING LOWER
PRESSURE ACROSS WEST TEXAS WILL SUPPORT MODERATE TO STRONG
SOUTHEAST WINDS AND BUILDING SEAS TODAY AND TONIGHT. A SERIES OF LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEMS OVER THE PLAINS WILL RESULT IN A STRONGER
PRESSURE GRADIENT. THIS WILL LEAD TO STRONGER WINDS AND HIGHER
SEAS FROM FRIDAY THROUGH MONDAY ALONG THE LOWER TEXAS COASTLINE.
