.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
AREAS OF FOG WILL BEGIN TO LIFT AROUND SUNRISE...WITH ONLY
ISOLATED FOG EXPECTED BY MID MORNING. WEAK OFFSHORE FLOW ALONG
THE COAST WILL PREVAIL TODAY. A STRONG COLD FRONT WILL MOVE
ACROSS THE REGION TONIGHT RESULTING IN GALE CONDITIONS BY SUNRISE
ON SUNDAY. THE POTENTIAL EXISTS FOR BRIEF STORM FORCE GUSTS OVER
THE OFFSHORE COASTAL WATERS SUNDAY AFTERNOON. THE VERY STRONG
WINDS WILL ALSO LEAD TO LARGE CHAOTIC SEAS. CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED TO BEGIN IMPROVING SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY. A LIGHT
ONSHORE FLOW WILL RETURN MONDAY AND STRENGTHEN TUESDAY AHEAD OF
ANOTHER COLD FRONT THAT IS EXPECTED TO MOVE ACROSS THE AREA
TUESDAY NIGHT. A WEAK TO MODERATE OFFSHORE FLOW CAN BE EXPECTED
