10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES.

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
A COLD FRONT WILL MOVE INTO THE WATERS AND SOUTH OF BAFFIN BAY
BEFORE NOON...AND COMPLETELY OFFSHORE BY EARLY AFTERNOON.
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND A FEW THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED AHEAD AND
NEAR THE BOUNDARY. A STRONG NORTHERLY FLOW WILL DEVELOP IN THE
WAKE OF THE FRONT. WINDS AND SEAS WILL SUBSIDE FRIDAY AS HIGH
PRESSURE MOVES INTO TEXAS. ONSHORE FLOW WILL RESUME ON
SATURDAY...WITH A WEAK TO MODERATE SOUTHERLY FLOW AND DRY
CONDITIONS CONTINUING THROUGH EARLY NEXT WEEK.
