.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
High pressure situated over the north central Gulf of Mexico will
maintain light onshore winds and low seas for the next few days.
A weak frontal boundary is expected to sag into East Texas late in
the weekend and trigger some scattered showers and thunderstorms
Sunday as it edges closer to the coast.
