.Synopsis for Hawaiian coastal waters...
A ridge of high pressure far north of the state will slowly weaken
through Friday. The ridge will move closer to the state during the
weekend in response to a cold front approaching from the
northwest.

...SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY FOR MAALAEA BAY...THE PAILOLO AND
ALENUIHAHA CHANNELS AND WATERS SOUTH OF THE BIG ISLAND...

.TODAY THROUGH THURSDAY NIGHT...East winds 15 to 25 knots. Wind
waves 5 to 8 feet. Southeast swell 3 feet. Northwest swell 3 feet
tonight through Thursday night. Isolated showers.
.FRIDAY...East winds 15 to 20 knots. Wind waves 4 to 6 feet.
Northwest swell 3 feet and southeast swell 3 feet. Isolated
showers.
.FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY...East winds 10 to 20 knots. Wind
waves 4 to 5 feet. Northwest swell 3 feet and southeast swell 3
feet. Isolated showers.
.SUNDAY...East winds 10 to 15 knots. Wind waves 3 to 4 feet.
Northwest swell 3 feet. Scattered showers.
