.SYNOPSIS FOR HAWAIIAN COASTAL WATERS...
AN APPROACHING FRONT WILL STALL NORTHWEST OF THE STATE TODAY INTO
TOMORROW. AT THE SAME TIME A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE NORTH OF THE
STATE WILL WEAKEN. HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD NORTH OF THE ISLANDS
OVER THE WEEKEND BEHIND THE FRONT. A LARGE WEST NORTHWEST SWELL
WILL BEGIN AFFECTING THE STATE LATE TONIGHT THROUGH MUCH OF FRIDAY.
