FOR THE WESTERN CAROLINA`S AND NORTHEAST GEORGIA... THE TRENDS IN
PRECIPITATION OVER THE LAST TWO WEEKS HAVE BEEN NORMAL TO BELOW
NORMAL. WARMER WEATHER HAS CONTINUED TO KEEP THE VALLEYS FREE OF
SNOW AND ONLY MINOR ACCUMULATIONS ARE OBSERVED OVER THE HIGHEST
ELEVATIONS.
