* ARROYO AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  NORTHWESTERN CATRON COUNTY IN WEST CENTRAL NEW MEXICO...

* UNTIL 1215 AM MDT

* AT 918 PM MDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  HEAVY RAIN DUE TO THUNDERSTORMS OVER WESTERN CATRON COUNTY. UP TO
  TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN WITH STORMS CONTINUING TO
  PRODUCE DOWNPOURS. THIS WILL LEAD TO EXCESSIVE RUNOFF INTO THE
  CENTERFIRE CREEK...JENKINS CREEK...TROUT CREEK...DILLMAN
  CREEK...THE SPRINGS DRAW...AND OTHER ARROYOS AND DRAINAGES NEAR
  AND SOUTH OF RED HILL.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  RED HILL.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

THE HEAVY RAINFALL AND SLOW MOVEMENT OF THESE STORMS MAY RESULT IN
FLOODING OF ROAD INTERSECTIONS AND LOW-LYING
AREAS.  WATERS MAY BEGIN TO RUN IN NORMALLY DRY ARROYOS.
