* AT 955 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. DOPPLER
  RADAR ESTIMATED RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES WITH MUCH OF
  THIS FALLING IN THE LAST HOUR. ADDITIONALLY... EMERGENCY
  MANAGEMENT HAS REPORTED HEAVY STREET FLOODING IN TONGANOXIE WITH
  WITH SIX TO 8 INCHES OF WATER FLOWING ON SOME STREETS THE STORMS
  THAT HAVE MOVED THROUGH.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING TO
  OCCUR...ESPECIALLY ALONG SMALL STREAMS AND NEAR LOW WATER
  CROSSINGS. SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING
  INCLUDE...BASEHOR...BONNER SPRINGS...CLAYCOMO...COURTNEY...DE

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES
AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. DO NOT
DRIVE THROUGH AREAS WHERE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY.
