  Auglaize River near Defiance Power Plant affecting Defiance County
  Ottawa River near Kalida affecting Putnam County
  Blanchard River at Ottawa affecting Putnam County
  Maumee River at Fort Wayne affecting Allen and Paulding Counties
  Maumee River at Defiance affecting Defiance and Henry Counties
  Saint Joseph River Ohio above Newville affecting Allen...De Kalb and
  Defiance Counties
  Saint Marys River near Decatur affecting Adams...Allen and Van Wert
  Counties
  Saint Marys River at Muldoon Bridge affecting Allen County

.Rises on area rivers occurred as a result of Saturday`s heavy rainfall.

Never drive vehicles through flooded areas. The water may be too deep
to allow safe passage. Never allow children to play in or near flood
waters. Stay tuned to NOAA Weather Radio or local media for further
statements and updated forecasts.

* At 10 AM Sunday the stage was 11.4 feet and falling.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will fall below the 9.0 foot flood stage
  around  1 AM Monday November 20.
* At 11.0 feet...Flood waters near businesses and homes on South Mill
  Street.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 11.8 feet which occurred
  on Jun 23 2017.

  The Auglaize River near Defiance Power Plant
* from late tonight to Tuesday morning.
* At 10 AM Sunday the stage was 17.8 feet and rising.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage very early Monday
  morning  and crest near 21.1 feet around  1 AM Monday November 20
  and fall below flood stage around  7 AM Monday November 20.
* At 21.0 feet...Water gets into backyards of homes on Riverside
  Avenue. Riverside Park in Defiance begins to flood. Flood water
  approaches State Route 111 upstream of hydro dam.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 21.5 feet which occurred
  on Jan 14 2013.

* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will rise to near flood stage around  7 PM
  Sunday November 19.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage Sunday evening and
  crest near 19.0 feet around  7 PM Sunday November 19 and fall below
  flood stage around  7 PM Sunday November 19.
* At 19.0 feet...Properties along lowland portions of the Ottawa
  River near Kalida become impacted by flood waters. Water begins to
  approach State Route 115 near the southeast village limits of
  Kalida.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 18.7 feet which occurred
  on Jul 12 2017.

  and crest near 26.3 feet around  7 PM Monday November 20 and fall
  below flood stage around 11 AM Wednesday November 22.
* At 26.6 feet...Flood water begins to hit the bottom of the bridge
  at the gage site.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 25.8 feet which occurred
  on Jun 29 2015.

* At 17.0 feet...Flooding occurs in parks and farmland in Allen
  County. Unprotected lowland and county roads become affected by
  flood waters.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 17.4 feet which occurred
  on Dec 28 2008.

* Forecast...The river will fall below the 10.0 foot flood stage
  around  8 AM Tuesday November 21.
* At 12.3 feet...Flooding begins on Auglaize and East Front Streets
  and in the rear of the building at Leever Glass.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.3 feet which occurred
  on Dec 30 2015.

* Forecast...The river will rise to near flood stage around  1 PM
  Monday November 20.
* Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage Monday afternoon
  and crest near 12.0 feet around  1 PM Monday November 20 and fall
  below flood stage around  7 PM Monday November 20.
* At 12.0 feet...DeKalb County Road 42 about 3 miles northeast of
  Newville floods. Agricultural and low lands flood along the St.
  Joseph River to the Cedarville Reservoir.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.0 feet which occurred
  on Dec 30 2015.

* Forecast...The river will fall below the 17.0 foot flood stage
  around  5 PM Monday November 20.
* At 19.5 feet...Flooding expands into more farm land in the Decatur
  area. Flood waters approach Piqua Road...US 224...Ohio State Route
  49 and Indiana 101 just north of Pleasant Mills. Flood water begins
  to cross Ohio highway 49 north of Wilshire, Ohio.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 19.5 feet which occurred
  on Feb 19 2011.

  crest near 14.0 feet around  7 PM Sunday November 19 and fall below
  flood stage around  7 PM Sunday November 19.
* At 14.0 feet...Flooding occurs in parks and low farmland throughout
  southern Allen County. The City of Fort Wayne starts 24 hour flood
  fighting procedures.
* This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.2 feet which occurred
  on Dec 29 2015.
