The National Weather Service in Missoula has extended the

* Flood Advisory for...
  An Ice Jam in...
  North central Lemhi County in east central Idaho...

* Until further notice

* Emergency management and a trained weather spotter continue to
  report that multiple ice jams have formed along the Salmon River
  from about 10 miles south of the town of Salmon all the way to the
  town of North Fork, Idaho.

* These freeze-up ice jams will be capable of backing up water into
  low lying areas adjacent to the Salmon River, affecting private
  property and residences along the river.

* Warmer temperatures today will slowly trend colder through the
  rest of this week. Afternoon highs are forecasted to be in the low
  20s to upper teens through this weekend, with lows in the single
  digits to near zero.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
