The flood warning continues for
  the Ouachita River At Felsenthal, Arkansas.
* until further notice...or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 900 AM Friday the pool stage was 78.7 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood pool stage is 70.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 78.9 feet by
  Saturday morning.
* Impact...at 80.0 feet...Flooding of low lying areas in the
  Felsenthal Wildlife Refuge will continue for at least another three
  weeks.

The flood warning continues for
  the Ouachita River At Monroe, Louisiana.
* from Sunday afternoon to Tuesday evening...or until the warning is
  cancelled.
* At 1000 AM Friday the stage was 39.1 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 40 feet.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to near flood stage Sunday
  early afternoon.
* Impact...at 40.0 feet...Minor backwater flooding will affect small
  bayous that drain into the Ouachita River along with minor lowland
  flooding between levee systems.
