Fire Weather Planning Forecast for SW Idaho and SE Oregon
National Weather Service Boise ID
826 AM MDT Fri Sep 22 2017

...BELOW NORMAL TEMPERATURES THROUGH THE WEEKEND...

.DISCUSSION...
An upper low over the Great Basin will continue to bring showers
to mainly the Idaho zones today. Snow levels will hover around
5500 to 6000 foot level then increase to 6500 feet Saturday. Light
accumulations are expected across the Boise and Payette NF.
Otherwise the low kicks east Sunday as an upper high moves over
the Pacific Northwest coast. A weak upper disturbance drops into
the region ahead of the ridge that may bring a slight threat of
precipitation Monday morning. The ridge finally pushes inland
Tuesday bringing a warming and drying trend.
