THE NORTHEAST THROUGH WEDNESDAY...WITH DRY WEATHER EXPECTED
ACROSS THE FORECAST AREA. THE PRESSURE GRADIENT WILL REMAIN
WEAK AND SUPPORT POOR DISPERSION THIS EVENING THROUGH EARLY
WEDNESDAY MORNING. WITH MOSTLY CLEAR SKIES...LIGHT WIND AND
SOME LOW-LEVEL MOISTURE IN PLACE...PATCHY FOG MAY DEVELOP
OVERNIGHT ESPECIALLY ACROSS THE SOUTHEAST MIDLANDS AND CSRA.

SURFACE WINDS WEDNESDAY WILL BE FROM THE NORTHEAST LESS THAN
5 MPH AFTER DAYBREAK...THEN BECOME EAST-NORTHEAST 5 TO 10 MPH
BY AFTERNOON. TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE EAST AROUND 10 MPH FOR
