THUNDERSTORMS WILL END EARLY FRIDAY MORNING AND DRY AIR WILL ENTRAIN
INTO THE REGION DURING THE DAY. SOUTHWEST TO WEST WINDS TONIGHT WILL
GRADUALLY DECREASE AND SHIFT NORTHWEST OVERNIGHT...DISPERSION IS
EXPECTED TO BE FAIR. FRIDAY`S MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY WILL DROP
SIGNIFICANTLY...DOWN TO NEAR 25 PERCENT...BUT WINDS WILL BE LESS THAN
