.DISCUSSION...
Onshore winds will continue to bring moisture into Southeast Texas. RH recovery
will be storng tonight and humid conditions are expected both Saturday and
Sunday. A slow moving cold front will move into the region late Sunday night
and Monday with the threat of locally heavy rainfall.
