WITH INCREASING SOUTHERLY WINDS THROUGH THE WEEKEND AS A LOW
PRESSURE SYSTEM DEVELOPS OVER THE HIGH PLAINS. MOISTURE WILL
GRADUALLY RETURN TO THE REGION AS THIS HAPPENS... WITH MINIMUM
RELATIVE HUMIDITIES IN THE 25 TO 35 PERCENT RANGE TODAY INCREASING
TO NEAR 40 PERCENT ON SATURDAY. RAIN CHANCES INCREASE SUNDAY NIGHT
