.DISCUSSION...Dry weather will continue today across the region.
The continued dry airmass will make for pleasant conditions. Min RH
afternoon values will range from about 43-51% across the area this afternoon.
Moisture will slowly return Wednesday and rain chances return for
the southern part of the forecast area then. No fog is expected this
morning.
