Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Eastern Kentucky
National Weather Service Jackson KY
437 AM EST Mon Feb 20 2017

.DISCUSSION...Dry and warm weather will continue today as
minimum relative humidity values fall into the 30s south of
Interstate 64. A few locations near the Virginia state line
may see these drop into the upper 20s as northeast to southeast
winds remain light near 5mph. Light rain will then be possible
later Tuesday afternoon through early Wednesday, with amounts
of generally between one and two tenths of an inch. Additional
rain chances will continue through late week, with the best
chances coming later Friday and Friday night as a cold front
moves through. This front may also bring gusty west/southwest
winds Friday.
