.DISCUSSION...

20 FT winds shift to the west and increase today, increasing
temperatures to above normal and pushing RHs lower.  Combined with
high to extreme Fire Danger, critical fire weather conditions are
anticipated this afternoon and evening.  Critical fire weather
will also be possible Friday and Saturday, mainly on the adjacent
plains surrounding the Guadalupe Mountains.  Otherwise, RH will
bottom out at 8-15% this afternoon, and 9-28% Friday.  RH recovery
overnight will be generally poor to moderate.
