TEMPERATURES WILL BE ABOVE NORMAL AGAIN TODAY BUT A STRONG COLD FRONT
WILL BLOW THROUGH THE AREA OVERNIGHT BRINGING MUCH COLDER TEMPERATURES
TO THE REGION.  THIS WILL RESULT IN A LOW CHANCE OF RAIN AND SNOW ACROSS
THE AREA BEGINNING IN THE MOUNTAINS THIS AFTERNOON AND SPREADING EASTWARD
TONIGHT AND SATURDAY.  MINIMUM RH WILL BE FAIR TODAY FALLING TO BELOW 30
PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON FOR SOME LOCATIONS.  RH RECOVERY TONIGHT WILL BE
