Fire Weather Planning Forecast for the MidSouth
National Weather Service Memphis TN
258 PM CDT Sat Mar 25 2017

.DISCUSSION...

An active weather pattern will set up over the Mid-South from
this weekend through the end of next week. Numerous rounds of
showers and thunderstorms will occur as a result.

The first round of convection will continue to occur through
tonight as an upper level low pressure system moves through the
area. Chances for showers and thunderstorms will continue
throughout the day as a result. Some severe storms may redevelop
by the afternoon hours mainly east of the Mississippi River.

The next round will occur Monday into Monday Night as another low
pressure system is expected to move into the Mid-South. Some
thunderstorms could be severe with this system as well.

Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected Wednesday
Night through Thursday.

Temperatures will remain above normal over the next seven days
with highs ranging from the upper 60s to the upper 70s.
