.DISCUSSION...

Showers and thunderstorms will increase in coverage and intensity
overnight as a cold front moves through the Southern Appalachian
Region. The precipitation will begin to taper off by midday as the
front moves south and east of the area. Temperatures will cool a bit
after the passage of the front, but still remain a bit above
seasonal normals.
