FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR SOUTHWEST AND SOUTH-CENTRAL
ARIZONA AND SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE PHOENIX AZ
138 PM MST MON JUN 29 2015

.DISCUSSION...
AFTERNOON AND EARLY EVENING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE COMMON
TONIGHT AND INTO THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK ACROSS THE MOUNTAINS OF
EASTERN ARIZONA. THEY WILL DRIFT FROM EAST TO WEST AND BE CAPABLE OF
GENERATING GUSTY OUTFLOW WINDS AND LOCALIZED WETTING RAINS AS THEY
MOVE INTO THE LOWER DESERTS DURING THE EVENING HOURS. TEMPERATURES
WILL STAY NEAR SEASONAL NORMALS EACH DAY AND HUMIDITY VALUES WILL
SHOW GOOD OVERNIGHT RECOVERY. LESS STORM ACTIVITY IS EXPECTED WEST OF
PHOENIX AND INTO SOUTHEAST CALIFORNIA.

...THUNDERSTORMS IMPLY GUSTY WINDS...

NOTE...ADDITIONAL FIRE WEATHER FORECAST INFORMATION CAN BE FOUND
IN THE AREA FORECAST DISCUSSION. SEE PRODUCT PHXAFDPSR.
