SURFACE COLD FRONT IS TRACKING INTO EASTERN ARIZONA...PRODUCING
DESERT RAIN AND HIGHER TERRAIN MOUNTAIN SNOW SHOWERS OVER THE RIM AND
DESERT AREAS EAST OF PHOENIX. ATMOSPHERIC CONDITIONS WILL SLOWLY DRY
THROUGH THE DAY...ENDING SHOWERS BUT DAYTIME HUMIDITIES WILL
GENERALLY STAY AT OR ABOVE 35 PERCENT READINGS. ELEVATED WESTERLY
SURFACE WINDS WILL PERSIST FOR MUCH OF THE DAY WITH PERIODIC
GUSTINESS 25 TO 30 MPH AT TIMES. WINDS WILL CALM INTO THE AFTERNOON
