.DISCUSSION...An upper trough will move eastward across Western
Washington tonight and Thursday which will give rise to a slight
chance for showers over the area. Another upper level ridge will
build into the region Friday and remain in place into next week
resulting in another stretch of dry weather and above normal
temperatures.

 Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
