Northwest Louisiana...East Texas...and Extreme Southeast Oklahoma
National Weather Service Shreveport LA
326 PM CST Sun Feb 19 2017

.DISCUSSION...
Heavy rain will slowly move across northeast Texas and southeast Oklahoma tomorrow morning, and
continue into remaining portions of southwest Arkansas and northern Louisiana by later in the afternoon.
portions of the east Texas lakes area may see upwards of two to three inches of rain and most of the
remainder of the area will see between one and two inches. Rainfall will begin to taper off late monnday night into
Tuesday. South winds mainly between 5 to 10 mph can be expected to continue through Monday afternoon, and become
light and variable for much of the week thereafter. Mostly cloudy skies will keep relative humidities up after the
rain ends, with these humidities falling towards the weekend, ranging from around 30 percent over the Red River valley
to the mid 40s over north central Louisiana.
