A STALLED BOUNDARY STRETCHED ACROSS FLORIDA AND THE GULF OF MEXICO
WILL BEGIN TO GRADUALLY MIGRATE NORTHWARD EARLY THIS WEEK AND
EVENTUALLY DISSIPATE.ANOTHER COLD FRONT WILL MOVE IN FROM THE
NORTH AND STALL ACROSS THE REGION DURING THE SECOND HALF OF THE
WEEK AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES FROM THE CENTRAL U.S. TO NEW ENGLAND.
RAIN CHANCES WILL REMAIN ELEVATED FOR MUCH OF THE WEEK WITH
