ECCDA DISCUSSIONS FOR YREKA AND MODOC CALIFORNIA DISPATCH AREAS
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE MEDFORD OR
535 AM PST Tue Nov 21 2017

ECC002-220745-
WEST YREKA-
DISCUSSION FOR WESTERN KLAMATH
535 AM PST Tue Nov 21 2017

High pressure will rebuild over the area today and Wednesday with
generally mild conditions and high snow levels. Even so, a frontal
system offshore will send impulses into and through the area
with rain at times, primarily from the Cascades west. There is a
slight chance of rain east of the Cascades, but, largely, it will
be dry. South winds will be gusty at times too through the Shasta
Valley and over the east side. The front will eventually push
onshore Thursday. There should be a brief break Thursday night
into Friday, but then the next front will move in this weekend.
