HIGH PRESSURE WILL BRING DRY AND WARM CONDITIONS UNDER CLEAR
SKIES THROUGH WEDNESDAY. VENTILATION CONDITIONS ON TUESDAY WILL
BE SIMILAR TO THOSE EXPERIENCED MONDAY DUE TO LIGHT WINDS AND
MODERATE MIXING HEIGHTS. SURFACE WINDS WILL BE LIGHT AND TERRAIN
DRIVEN THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT. SOUTHWEST WINDS ALOFT INCREASE ON
WEDNESDAY WHICH WILL IMPROVE VENTILATION...BUT ALSO INCREASE
AFTERNOON SURFACE WINDS AT THE BURN SITE. MONSOON MOISTURE WILL
INCREASE CLOUD COVER AND INTRODUCE A SLIGHT CHANCE OF AFTERNOON
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS STARTING THURSDAY.
