A WEAK FRONT WILL PUSH NORTH OF THE AREA DURING THE DAY.  WINDS
THIS MORNING WILL BE LIGHT...AND THEN WILL BECOME SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST
AROUND 5 MPH BY 11 AM.  THERE WILL BE SOME FOG AND STRATUS DURING THE
MORNING.  THE FOG WILL LIFT BY 10 AM...THEN THE STRATUS SHOULD BEGIN
TO BREAK BY 11 AM AS MIXING INCREASES.  MIXING HEIGHTS WILL BE BELOW
1KFT UNTIL THE MIXING STARTS...THEN WILL RISE TO ABOVE 3KFT BY THIS
AFTERNOON.  TRANSPORT WINDS WILL BE FROM THE SOUTHWEST BETWEEN 10
TO 15 MPH THIS AFTERNOON.  THERE WILL BE ANOTHER CHANCE FOR FOG
FORMATION LATE TONIGHT.
