.DISCUSSION...The circulation between high pressure centered over
the northeast states and Hurricane Maria well off the coast of the
Carolinas will keep drier air moving south over the forecast area.

An inversion will break up between 8 and 9 AM this morning. Fog is
not expected.

Surface winds will be from the north at 5 to 10 mph
after daybreak, and increase to around 10 mph for the afternoon.
Transport winds will be north at 10 to 15 mph from late morning on.
Relative humidities will drop into the 45 to 50 percent range.
